I live in an apartment complex and our management hired Kowalski Construction to repair water damage I had in the laundry room. They did a great job and the laundry room honestly looks as good as new! The maintenance worker, Hunter, was very kind, diligent, and considerate of the space he was working in. Had to repair a few our apartment units and office after the storm last summer. Overall, I had a great experience largely in part to Liz. I've worked with other GC teams in the past, and the key differentiator here was the additional layer that she provided — frequent communication on project updates, quick follow-ups, and if she didn't know the answer, she looped the right person in. Not sure how she does it, but positive attitude every single interaction. Thanks to Liz and the entire team for making a stressful situation a little bit easier.

If I could give Kowalski Construction more than 5 stars, I would! Their tenacious determination to correct issues my 1st contractor left me to discover on the night of Aug. 14th was more than admirable. After 3 torrential rain storms that flooded my newly expanded bedroom, I was referred to Kowalski's Remediation Division. Once it was discovered that my 1st contractor had buried my existing gutter into the walls, they quickly began repair work. Their price was more than reasonable considering all the manhours they put in just to identify the problem. I couldn't be more pleased with the work done by both divisions of Kowalski Construction!

We chose Kowalski Construction after a devastating fire to our rental home in Tempe AZ. We have been very pleased with the rebuilding process and the end result of the construction. We were especially pleased with the communication from Kowalski — weekly calls or emails updating us on every step. All the staff were quick to reply to our questions. Josh even met us on his day off as we lived out of town. I would have no hesitation recommending Kowalski Construction should you require a major rebuild.

Ron with Kowalski is amazing. He works very hard at the constant electrical problems at my property and goes above and beyond to keep my community operating even after hours.
