As a Customer Service Associate, you would be a liaison between our clients and insurance adjusters and achieve constant results to maintain movement of daily operations. Ability to communicate with homeowners and insurance adjusters.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments

  • Ability to multi-task between projects with ease in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicate confidently and accurately with customers and adjusters while remaining focused on the customer addressing company’s commitments

  • Set daily objectives and goals

  • Problem solver and critical thinker

  • Identify issues and resolve prior to proceeding with projects

  • Computer literate with two years’ experience of Microsoft Word, and Excel

  • Knowledge of QuickBooks

  • Desire to learn and grow with the company for long term employment

  • Must have integrity with a passion to “do the right thing”

  • Adhere to safety protocols, procedures and awareness of possible safety issues while enforcing company policies.
