OFFICE COORDINATOR

Duties: 

  • Manage schedules

  • Handle collections on past due accounts

  • Maintain inventory and tracking

Required:

  • Minimum of two years administrative experience

  • High school diploma

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and social media

  • Strong follow-through and organization skills 

  • Professional demeanor 

  • Must be able to work well with all levels of employees and customers

  • Flexible Schedule
